We're looking for a

Events Execution Manager

to lead the execution of wedding and event projects. You'll ensure smooth coordination between teams, vendors, and clients to deliver events on time, within scope and budget. If you're organized, people-focused, and thrive in dynamic environments, we'd love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute end-to-end event projects with internal teams and external vendors. Ensure timely delivery within defined budgets and scope. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Allocate resources and manage project timelines effectively. Monitor progress and make real-time adjustments to meet goals. Measure performance using tracking tools and report to leadership. Build and manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and mitigate potential risks proactively. Assign tasks aligned to team strengths and skillsets. Develop and present project plans and updates to both internal teams and clients. Continuously enhance processes and apply strong leadership skills. Perform other relevant duties as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree Proven experience in event/project management Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹430,000.00 per year
