OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages all conferences and events planning operations. . Leads Events Planning associates and acts as a liaison between Banquets, Sales and customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout hotel events. Promotes consistency by executing events based on Events/Food and Beverage standard operating procedures (P&Ps).
