Job Summary



We are hiring Events Operations Executives for one of our clients, to support end-to-end event coordination, from space bookings and branding to inventory and gifting. This is a hands-on, dynamic role suited for professionals with a background in hospitality, events, or hotel operations who are ready to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate logistics for events including conference room bookings, branding, and on-site gifting Interact with clients to understand and fulfill their requirements Manage inventory and ensure timely event setup Liaise with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution Support on-ground operations and be flexible for late working hours on event days

Candidate Requirements



1-3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, or event management Degree or diploma in hotel management, hospitality, or events preferred Excellent communication and coordination skills Willingness to travel when needed

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 2nd and 4th Saturdays off Must be flexible for late nights during events
