Support in event planning, briefing, and on-ground coordination as per client expectations.
Maintain client records, feedback, and ensure repeat business opportunities.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in client servicing/CRM within the events industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Preferred
