1. Client Relationship Management
Understanding client needs and expectations
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Acting as the primary point of contact
2. Event Planning & Coordination
Gathering event requirements and objectives
Coordinating with internal teams (production, creative, accounts, logistics, marketing, etc.)
Creating detailed event plans and timelines
3. Budget Management
Helping clients allocate budgets effectively
Providing cost estimates and approvals
Ensuring cost control without compromising quality
4. Communication & Reporting
Regular updates and progress reports to clients
Managing approvals and feedback loops
Addressing client queries and concerns proactively
5. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Managing third-party vendors and suppliers
Ensuring smooth collaboration among all stakeholders
Handling contract negotiations and agreements
6. Problem-Solving & Crisis Management
Handling unexpected issues and last-minute changes
Quick decision-making under pressure
Ensuring contingency plans are in place
7. Post-Event Analysis & Feedback
Gathering client feedback for improvements
Conducting event performance reviews
Maintaining long-term client engagement for future events

Experience
: 2-4 years of experience in client servicing in the MICE & Events industry

Required Skills
:
Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the MICE industry, including event planning and logistics, is a plus.
Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualification: Bachelor degree in Business administration, Marketing, hospitality, tourism, Event Management & Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field can be an added advantage.
