An Event Management & BTL (Below-The-Line) Marketing Executive plans and executes on-ground promotional activities like roadshows, exhibitions, and local activations to directly engage audiences, drive leads, manage vendors, coordinate teams, and analyze campaign performance, blending creative event planning with strategic BTL tactics for brand visibility and sales. Core Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
: Organizing and managing events (flea markets, exhibitions, roadshows, seminars) from start to finish, including theme, logistics, and setup.
BTL Activities
: Running on-ground promotions like pamphlet distribution, kiosk setups, local retailer tie-ups, and e-rickshaw announcements.
Vendor & Team Coordination
: Liaising with vendors for materials and coordinating with internal teams (ops, marketing, sales) and on-ground teams.
Lead Generation
: Supporting sales efforts by generating leads through events and activations.
Campaign Management
: Tracking campaign effectiveness, analyzing metrics, and reporting results to management.
Client & Community Engagement
: Building relationships with clients and driving community participation for events.
Key Skills
