Role Overview
We are seeking a
Senior Business Development & Client Servicing Manager
with a proven track record in
corporate events, experiential marketing, and brand partnerships
. The role demands a strong sales leader who can secure high-value business, manage top-tier clients, and ensure seamless delivery of projects from pitch to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation:
Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets by closing high-value corporate and brand event deals.
Client Acquisition:
Identify, target, and convert potential clients in sectors such as FMCG, Tech, Automotive, Finance, Sports and Lifestyle. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, inbound / outbound calling, and digital media channels.
Relationship Management:
Maintain long-term partnerships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Proposal & Pitch Leadership:
Lead the development of winning proposals, presentations, and costings.
Market Intelligence:
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure the highest quality of event delivery.
Event Planning and Execution:
Assist in the planning and execution of various types of events, coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and staffing, manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness, oversee event setup, execution, and dismantling, prepare post-event reports and analyze event performance.
Skills & Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years in business development/client servicing within the events, advertising, or brand activation industry.
Network:
Strong corporate network with decision-makers in marketing and procurement.
Sales Skills:
Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and close high-value deals.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of event production elements, costing, and budgeting.
Tools:
Knowledge of event planning software and tools is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
