Job Description

Hi,

We are looking for an events co-ordinator or assistant for a reputed company located in Adalaj.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Strategy

: Meet with clients to define goals, themes, and budgets; develop detailed event plans and timelines.

Vendor Management

: Research, book, and coordinate with venues, caterers, decorators, A/V, entertainment, and other suppliers.

Logistics & Operations

: Oversee event setup, breakdown, schedules, and onsite execution; manage registrations, seating, and staff.

Budgeting & Finance

: Track expenses, manage invoices, process payments, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing updates and resolving concerns.

Marketing (Optional)

: Assist with promoting events via social media or email.

Post-Event

: Conduct evaluations and provide reports on event success.
