Role Snapshot

We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Events & Marketing Coordinator

who can support both

event execution and marketing initiatives

.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage basic

social media promotions

, content posting, and coordination Assist the Director with

client communication, meetings, and follow-ups

Prepare

proposals, presentations, and event documentation

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors during event planning & execution Support on-ground event operations when required
What We're Looking For

Good

verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of

social media platforms and Canva

Strong

organizational skills

, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn Ability to multitask in a fast-paced event environment
Qualifications

Any graduate

Background in

Marketing, Mass Media, or Event Management

preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
