About the Role

Shadow Advertising and Communications Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and dedicated

Event Manager

to handle

government and corporate events

from planning to successful execution. The ideal candidate should have proven field and operational experience, team-handling capabilities, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage

end-to-end event operations

. Handle

on-site execution

as per event checklists and timelines. Supervise and guide field and support teams during events. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments. Prepare daily reports and ensure proper documentation. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

Diploma or Graduation in any discipline.

Technical Skills:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.).

Other Requirements:

Must own a

bike with valid driving license

. Must be comfortable with

field work and flexible timings

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits
