We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and execution-focused
Event Supervisor
to manage on-ground and operational activities for TKC 2025. This role is ideal for someone passionate about events and exhibitions, with the opportunity to continue as a permanent employee after successful project performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee stall setups, vendor coordination & event execution
Daily reporting of event progress, issues, and updates
Manage communication with exhibitors, vendors, and internal teams
Supervise event staff, hostess team, and support workforce
Ensure smooth operation of event areas, facilities & logistics
Assist in stage activities, competitions, and public engagement programs
Handle on-ground problem-solving & emergency coordination
Maintain event checklists, schedules, and follow-ups
Act as main event-day coordinator for all sections
Requirements
Experience in events/exhibitions preferred (freshers with passion also considered)
Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati & basic English
Strong coordination & multitasking ability
Physically active and ready for on-ground work
Must be available full-time during the carnival dates
For permanent role: Willingness to work on multiple event projects throughout the year
