1. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the F&B outlets, including restaurants, and banquet halls.
2. Ensure timely service of food and beverages to guests.
3. Assist servers and bartenders with setup, service, and clearing of tables.
4. Maintain inventory of F&B supplies, equipment, and utensils.
5. Support event setup and teardown, including arranging furniture and decorations.
6. Provide exceptional guest service, responding to queries and resolving issues.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
8. Adhere to safety and health standards, reporting any issues or concerns.
