Responsibilities

- Greet attendees warmly and assist with registration processes.
- Verify attendee information and provide necessary badges or materials.
- Direct attendees to designated event areas and provide basic logistical guidance.
- Collaborate with event organizers and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a tidy and organized registration area throughout the event.
Requirements
:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling attendee information.
- Prior customer service or event experience is a plus.
- Professional demeanor, polite and a positive attitude.

: We are seeking polite staff for a corporate event to manage the registration counter, welcome guests, and guide them to their tables in the hall. No transportation will be provided.
