Vision PR is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated
Event Staff
to support the execution of the
Christmas Carnival 2025
. The role involves assisting with day-to-day operations, guest management, and on-ground coordination to ensure a smooth and successful event.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in
setting up and managing event stalls, booths, and exhibits
.
Support visitors and guide them across the event premises.
Ensure proper
crowd management and adherence to safety protocols
.
Assist in managing
registration desks, ticketing, and visitor queries
.
Help vendors and exhibitors with logistics during the event.
Support event coordinators and managers in executing tasks on the ground.
Ensure
cleanliness, organization, and smooth operation
of all assigned areas.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
high school/graduate
level education.
Energetic, proactive, and able to work long hours during events.
Good communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Gujarati
.
Ability to work as part of a
team
and follow instructions.
Previous experience in event management or hospitality is a plus.
