Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced and motivated

Event Specialist - Sponsorship Sales

who will be responsible solely for acquiring and managing

event sponsorships

. This role is

not

related to event coordination or logistics but is focused on

bringing in sponsorship revenue

through strategic corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential sponsors and pitch event-based partnership opportunities. Develop customized sponsorship decks and proposals tailored to clients' branding needs. Close sponsorship deals for Sudarshan News' public events, debates, expos, and campaigns. Maintain strong relationships with sponsors and ensure delivery of agreed benefits. Meet monthly and quarterly sponsorship sales targets. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new revenue opportunities. Collaborate with the events and editorial teams to align sponsorship deliverables.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sponsorship sales, media sales, or B2B partnerships. Strong network in the corporate sector, especially in media/event sponsorship. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle high-value clients.
