Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Event Planning:

• Manage and execute various events, including product launches, in-store events, brand events, trunk shows and marketing collaboration events.
• Assist in selecting appropriate venues along with, managing budgets, coordinate logistics, Coordination with the fabricators, FnB arrangements and manage RSVPs, and ensure smooth event operations.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, Partners to ensure effective event planning and PR activities.
• Foster positive relationships to enhance the brand\xe2\x80\x99s image.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage budgets for events and marketing collaborations.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

Qualification:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a marketing or PR capacity.
• Familiarity with industry trends and innovative event concepts.
• Proficiency in event management software/tools is a plus.
• Event Management: Proven experience in planning and executing various events, demonstrating attention to detail and creativity.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
• Budgeting Expertise: Proficiency in developing and managing budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring financial prudence.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage RSVPs, liaise with stakeholders, and enhance brand relationships.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges proactively and implement effective solutions to ensure the smooth operation of events.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust strategies as per evolving event requirements.
