The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sponsorships, partnerships, and delegate sales for IHW Council's flagship events, conferences, and summits. The role involves end-to-end sales management, client relationship building, and achieving revenue targets through strategic outreach and engagement with corporates, government bodies, and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and secure sponsorships and partnerships for IHW Council events (e.g., healthcare summits, awards, campaigns, CSR forums).
Develop and manage sales pipelines for corporate partnerships, exhibitor sales, and delegate registrations.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals aligned with event themes and partner objectives.
Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to ensure partner deliverables and branding commitments are fulfilled.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and long-term collaborations.
Track sales performance, report progress, and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities in the health and wellness ecosystem.
