We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Person to generate business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our event services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the events industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, client meetings, networking, and partnerships.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and direct customers.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable event concepts, venues, and solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and event packages.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, creative, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution.
Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and follow-up records.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Keep updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in event sales, hospitality, or related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required for events.
