Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets across weddings, events, and corporate bookings
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and client outreach
Manage the entire sales cycle--from lead generation to deal closure
Maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, event managers, corporates, and HNI clients
Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling campaigns and promotional materials
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings using CRM tools
Lead a small team of sales executives, providing training and performance feedback
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred)
5+ years of proven sales experience in hospitality, events, or luxury services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A keen understanding of Hyderabad's social and wedding market
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools
