pure sales role

in the events industry.

handle event execution or on-ground coordination.

Your only responsibility is to

bring business

Key Responsibilities (Sales Only)

Client Acquisition & Sales



Find and convert leads into

paid event projects

Do cold calling, follow-ups, client meetings, and networking Pitch event ideas, packages, and pricing to clients Negotiate and close deals independently

Sales Targets



Achieve

monthly sales targets

Maintain an active pipeline of leads and follow-ups Increase billing by upselling additional event services

Client Relationships



Build good relationships for repeat business Get referrals from satisfied clients Stay the main contact until the deal is closed
Performance Expectations

This is a

100% target-based job


Your performance will be measured only on:

Revenue generated Number of deals closed Repeat and referral business

Eligibility

0-1 year experience

in the events industry or sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Confidence in talking to clients and closing deals Hunger to earn through performance
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
