: Event Sales Executive - Restaurant & Bar, Khar

Position: Event Sales Executive Location: Khar West, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Client Outreach & Relationship Building: Identify, connect with, and maintain strong relationships with potential clients including individuals, corporate, and event planners. Event Sales & Negotiation: Understand client requirements, propose tailored event packages, negotiate deals, and close bookings. Promotion of Packages & Offers: Actively promote celebration deals, party packages, happy hours, and entertainment nights to boost event sales. Coordination & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams (kitchen, bar, service, and entertainment) to ensure smooth event execution. Revenue Management: Maintain accurate sales reports, manage booking calendars, and maximize venue utilization. Client Feedback: Collect post-event feedback to enhance guest satisfaction and improve future offerings.

Preferred Qualifications:

1-3 years' experience in event sales, hospitality, or event management. Degree/diploma in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
