Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation:

Source new leads for corporate events, parties, and venue bookings through networking, proactive outreach, and managing existing prospect lists.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, acting as a primary point of contact throughout the sales process.

Sales & Negotiation:

Generate proposals, conduct show rounds of the venue, negotiate contracts, and provide accurate quotes to secure bookings.

Sales Targets:

Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals and revenue targets.

Sales Administration:

Manage event bookings, process payments, maintain client records in a CRM system, and ensure smooth turnover from sales to operations.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including operations, catering, and marketing, to ensure client needs are met and the event experience is seamless.
Key Skills

Communication & Customer Service:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer service.

Sales Acumen:

Strong negotiation skills, the ability to present proposals effectively, and a proven track record of meeting sales objectives.

Organizational Skills:

Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously.

Adaptability:

Ability to adapt to last-minute changes and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Networking:

Proactive in networking to build a strong client base and identify new business opportunities.

Pay: ₹9,291.76 - ₹20,000.00 per month
