Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving sales efficiency and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the sales team with day-to-day operations and follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer data, sales records, and reports.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Act as a point of contact between clients, sales executives, and internal teams.
Track sales leads, inquiries, and closures to ensure timely responses.
Support management with sales analysis and performance reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role (travel industry preferred).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
