Event Sales Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



oGenerate leads and new business for all types of events: corporate meetings, exhibitions, social events, celebrity-managed events.

oReach out to potential clients via cold-calls, meetings, networking, follow-ups, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

oUnderstand client requirements event type, scale, budget, date, special needs and propose customized event plans aligning with offerings.

oPrepare contracts for clients according to their requirements and company pricing structure, negotiate terms, and close sales.

oCoordinate with internal planning teams to ensure feasibility and smooth hand-over once booking is confirmed.

oMaintain CRM or sales documentation: lead tracking, conversions, client follow-ups, feedback, updated records.

oAchieve assigned sales targets, actively follow up leads, and work towards business development and growth.

oBuild and maintain relationships with existing clients, vendors, venue-owners, and other stakeholders for future leads and collaboration

Qualifications:



oBachelor's Degree in Event Management / Marketing / Hospitality (preferred).

oCandidates with relevant experience in events are welcome.

Experience & Eligibility Criteria:



o1-3 years of experience in Event Management Services

ostrong communication and interpersonal skills ability to pitch services and negotiate with clients confidently.

oSales-oriented mindset, with good networking abilities and result-driven attitude.

oGood understanding of event types, basic knowledge of event planning, corporate & social events, exhibitions to suggest realistic, feasible event solutions.

oGood organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

oFlexibility to work irregular hours events could be on weekends or outside standard hours.

oProficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, basic administrative tools to track leads, prepare quotes, maintain documentation.

oPrevious experience in sales, or in event management, hospitality, corporate sales preferred but not always mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
