Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Consultant to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing event sales. This role is profit-based, offering attractive earnings linked directly to the revenue generated. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, a passion for events, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and secure new clients for corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, and other functions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event needs.
Create and present customized event proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful execution of booked events.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure profitability in line with company goals.
Track sales performance, market trends, and provide regular updates to management.
Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on profitability.
Requirements:
Proven experience in event sales, business development, or client servicing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
Good network within corporate, social, or wedding event industries is an advantage.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented personality.
Compensation:
Profit-sharing / commission-based earnings model.
The more revenue you generate, the higher your earnings.
