Key Responsibilities

Event Setup & Execution

: Oversee on-site event setup, branding, logistics, and breakdown.

Vendor Coordination

: Liaise with suppliers, caterers, decorators, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Client Interaction

: Serve as the on-ground point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Reporting & Documentation

: Maintain event checklists, attendance sheets, inventory logs, and post-event reports.

Logistics Management

: Handle transportation, material movement, and storage of event assets.

Promotion Support

: Assist in executing promotional activities like sampling, roadshows, and activations.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with the event planning and marketing teams to align field execution with overall strategy.
Requirements

1-3 years of experience/freshers in field event execution or brand activations Willingness to travel and work hours, including weekends during events working in late nights. Working in operations late night, supervision during event days. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
