The ideal candidate will handle purchasing requirements for the office and event-related needs, while coordinating with the event team to ensure smooth execution of all event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle purchasing of office stationery and other operational requirements.
Coordinate with the event team to source and purchase materials required for events.
Identify reliable vendors, obtain quotations, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Maintain purchase records and update inventory as required.
Support the team during event setups and logistical arrangements.
Manage petty cash and maintain purchase expense reports.
Ensure cost-effective purchasing and timely procurement of materials.
Requirements:
Fluent in English
(spoken and written).
Male candidates only.
Driving license is mandatory.
Willingness to
travel
for event and purchase-related work.
Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
