Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and responsible
Event & Purchase Executive
to join our dynamic team at Cevex Events & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all purchase requirements of the office and coordinating closely with the event team to ensure smooth operations and timely procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle purchasing of all office materials, event supplies, and equipment as per requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event teams to ensure timely delivery of items.
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality and pricing.
Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.
Assist the event team in logistics and material management for upcoming events.
Ensure proper inventory management and stock updates.
Support the event operations team with day-to-day requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (freshers are welcome).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Team player with a positive attitude.
Male candidates preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
