Event Promoter

to join us as freelancers for an exciting

2-month multi-city project

Project Duration

- 2 months

Starting from

- 5th Jan 2026 till End March.

Campaign Type

- Multicity (Starts from Delhi and will cover major cities within India)

Travel Mode

- By Road via Campaign Bus (Volvo) and a Tempo Traveller which will accompany to all cities.

Accommodation & Meal

- On the go in hotels as per the planned route. (for the team on the bus). This will be managed by the company.

Training and Brief on Project

- Before the road show begins, there will be a briefing given to the entire team travelling for the project.

Travel -

Person will be travelling continuously for 2 months with the customized bus

Male Promoters (Event-Experienced)

Engage with visitors and audiences at each city stop. Assist with on-ground event management, crowd handling, and client interaction. Support the technical team in setting up and maintaining the experience zone inside the bus. Handle all technical aspects inside the bus including TVs, LED panels, networking systems, and electrical components. Conduct pre-event technical checks at each city. Troubleshoot any AV or power issues during operations. Coordinate with backend technical vendors for maintenance or replacements when required. Represent the client in a professional manner and ensure brand visibility standards are maintained.
