Job Description

We are looking for a detail-driven Event Operations Manager to plan and execute B2B and corporate events end-to-end. This role involves managing production, vendors, budgets, and on-ground execution while delivering seamless event experiences aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute B2B corporate events, including R&R programs, partner meets, product launches, conferences, and trade shows. Manage end-to-end event operations, including stage setup, AV, show flow, and console coordination. Create and manage event timelines, budgets, and operational checklists. Coordinate with hotels, venues, vendors, fabricators, and production partners; negotiate commercials and deliverables. Maintain event documentation, POs, invoices, and financial trackers. Support event strategy and revenue-focused planning by suggesting innovative formats and ideas aligned with current trends. Collaborate with internal teams (client servicing, creative, production) for smooth execution. Be available for travel and on-ground event support at short notice.

Requirements:

4-5 years of experience in event operations, preferably in a B2B event or marketing agency. Strong understanding of event production, logistics, and vendor management. Ability to conceptualise and ideate event themes and formats. Established network of event vendors, fabricators, and production partners. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and tight timelines.
