Job Summary
We are looking for a
dedicated and experienced Event Production & Operations Executive
to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for
end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of weddings and corporate events
. The role requires
on-site supervision, vendor coordination
, and a strong sense of logistics and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of
event planning and field operations
from start to finish.
Conduct
site visits, surveys, and pre-event inspections
to ensure readiness.
Coordinate with vendors, decorators, caterers, technical teams, and other service providers.
Create detailed
event production timelines and checklists
.
Manage
on-site setup, execution, and post-event wrap-up
.
Ensure all materials, manpower, and logistics are arranged and executed as per the plan.
Work closely with the creative and client servicing teams to deliver
flawless events
.
Monitor
quality control, cost control
, and adherence to safety standards at event sites.
Act as the
primary point of contact at the event venue
, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Troubleshoot any last-minute issues during the event to ensure seamless execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of experience
in
event production/operations
.
Strong knowledge of
event logistics, vendor management, and site handling
.
Good leadership and
people management skills
to coordinate crew and suppliers.
Excellent
organizational and time-management abilities
.
Good communication skills and the ability to handle clients professionally on-site.
