The Event Management Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion. This role ensures events run smoothly, stay within budget, and align with organizational objectives and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Coordination
Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, seminars, and promotional events
Coordinate with internal teams to understand event objectives and requirements
Develop event timelines, schedules, and checklists
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Identify, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors (venues, decorators, caterers, AV teams, artists, logistics partners)
Manage contracts, quotations, and vendor payments
Liaise with sponsors, partners, and clients
Budget & Logistics
Prepare event budgets and ensure cost control
Manage logistics including venue booking, travel, accommodation, registrations, and on-site arrangements
Ensure timely delivery and setup of event materials
On-Ground Execution
Oversee event setup, rehearsals, and live execution
Manage event staff, volunteers, and support teams on-site
Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot issues during events
Post-Event Activities
Coordinate event closure and vendor settlements
Collect feedback and prepare post-event reports
Measure event success against defined objectives

Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
1-4 years of experience in event management or related roles

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
