We are searching for an enthusiastic

Event Production Executive

The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, superb interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills, and excellent time-management. The noteworthy Event Production Executive should reinforce client-to-business relations, improve the organization's image, and effectively deliver on event objectives.

Candidate's having own bike will have an advantage.

Event Execution planning Making cost sheet Vendor booking & Coordination Set-up & Dismantle plan Timely execution Smooth coordination with technicians Console Management Etc
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountability:

Understanding the detailed event requirement and making checklist Conducting Recce and making recce report as per the plan Managing the team of executives Planning the complete event right from setting the timelines, manpower planning, travel schedule, material management, etc Negotiating & dealing with different Vendors Should be able to source new vendors as per requirement with competitive. Ensure loading, unloading, timely set-ups & dismantle Supervise on all event requirement and to ensure a glitch- free execution Managing console, coordinating with technicians Timely updates to Client servicing representative Skills required: Excellent coordination skills Technical knowledge Leadership qualities and team work Ability to juggle between multiple project Should be ready to travel anywhere across the nation and outside Excellent reporting skills & presence of mind Time management
Qualification :Diploma in Event Management / Any Graduates

Remuneration -10000/- to 14000/- per month.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
