Leaders across industries in tech and non-tech spaces As an Event production executive - AV at Exito Media Concepts Pvt Ltd, you are expected to ensure the operational efficiency of the events. You should be comfortable with global travel and spontaneous decision-making. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to build a career in event production and audiovisual (AV) management. You'll be part of a dynamic environment, supporting the planning and execution of AV elements across physical, virtual, and hybrid events.

Responsibilities :

Assist in setting up and operating AV equipment including microphones, speakers, projectors, LED walls, and live streaming tools.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure AV requirements are met for each event.
Support technical rehearsals and dry runs for webinars and conferences.
Help manage and troubleshoot basic AV issues during live events.
Work on presentations, video formatting, and playback during sessions.
Assist with event-day logistics and venue coordination related to AV setup.
Maintain basic inventory of AV equipment and ensure proper storage and handling.
Learn and grow by staying updated with AV tools, platforms, and technologies.
Travel to events (international & domestic) to oversee the on-site event operations.

Requirements

0-1 years of experience in AV/event production (internships, freelance, or academic projects count).
Basic knowledge of AV systems such as microphones, speakers, mixers, projectors, etc.
Familiarity with virtual platforms like Zoom, MS Teams, or similar is a plus.
Strong willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including travel for on-site events.
