Job Description

We are hiring an

Event Setup & Logistics Executive

to manage event material handling, godown operations, transport coordination, and on-site setup execution for weddings and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities



Event Setup & Execution



Load, unload, and arrange event materials (stage, decor, furniture, lighting, etc.) Supervise event setup and dismantling at venues Ensure timely and proper installation as per design plan Coordinate with designers and production team on-site

Godown Management



Maintain inventory of event materials and rentals Organize godown storage systematically Track inward and outward movement of materials Report damages, shortages, and maintenance needs

Logistics & Transport



Coordinate vehicle loading and route planning Ensure safe transport of materials to and from venues Manage return checklist after every event Support vendor pickup and drop coordination

Requirements



? 1-3 years experience in event production / logistics / warehouse
? Physically fit for material handling and site work
? Basic inventory knowledge
? Ability to work late hours and travel for events
? Good team coordination
? Two-wheeler / driving license preferred

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
