Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all production elements for events including staging, lighting, sound, video, rigging, and special effects. Create and manage production schedules, run-of-show documents, and event timelines. Work with creative and technical teams to translate concepts into actionable production plans. Oversee on-site production setup, rehearsals, live event execution, and breakdown. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services. Track production budgets and control costs without compromising quality. Ensure all events comply with safety regulations, insurance requirements, and legal standards. Collaborate closely with clients to align production elements with creative vision and event goals. Lead technical teams during events and resolve issues under pressure.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Production, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in event production or technical stage management. Strong knowledge of AV equipment, stagecraft, and live event operations. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Proficient in production software (e.g., Vectorworks, AutoCAD, QLab, or similar). Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
