Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction & Coordination
Regular client calling and relationship management.
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
Provide updates and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Vendor & Venue Management
Identify, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors for decor, production, catering, logistics, and other services.
Liaise with event venues, hotels, banquet managers, and relevant authorities for permissions and compliance.
Manage contracts, budgets, and deliverables with vendors and partners.
Event Planning & Execution
Assist in developing innovative event concepts and themes.
Create detailed event plans including timelines, budgets, and checklists.
Coordinate logistics such as transport, manpower, F&B, and technical setups.
Ensure smooth on-ground execution and resolve any issues in real-time.
Creativity & Innovation
Ideate and implement unique concepts for
social events
(weddings, private parties, cultural events).
Suggest creative decor, engagement activities, and experience-driven elements.
Keep updated with the latest event trends and industry innovations.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare event proposals, budgets, and post-event reports.
Maintain vendor databases, contracts, and agreements.
Use

for budgeting, cost sheets, and tracking.

for client presentations and creative pitch decks.
