Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate, driven, and well-connected Sales Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team. You must have at least 3 years of sales experience in the wedding or luxury events industry, a strong network with venue General Managers (GMs), vendors, and influencers, and the ability to convert even the most impossible deals into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

Build, nurture, and convert high-value leads in the wedding/events space.

Maintain a strong network with venue managers, banquet heads, hotel GMs, and top vendors across locations.

Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels (referrals, events, social media, direct outreach).

Client Communication & Engagement

Be available to connect with clients anytime, anywhere -- whether virtually, on-call, or in person.

Understand client needs, present Rich Rituals' offerings, and convince clients to schedule site visits or detailed planning meetings.

Deliver a premium and persuasive pitch that reflects the luxury nature of our brand.

Sales Strategy & Deal Closure

Own the complete sales funnel -- from inquiry to closing.

Strategically convert difficult or "impossible" leads into confirmed bookings through negotiation, creative selling, and trust-building.

Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to create attractive proposals and presentations.

Performance & Reporting

Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

Track and report on sales metrics, lead status, and client feedback regularly.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in wedding planning, luxury events, or hospitality.

A strong existing network with venue GMs, hotels, resorts, vendors, decorators, etc.

A proactive, persuasive, and high-energy personality who lives and breathes sales.

Willing to travel frequently, meet clients on short notice, and adapt quickly to dynamic schedules.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

A natural relationship-builder with a passion for weddings, events, and luxury service.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
