Experience:

2-3 years (Preferred in weddings, luxury events, or hospitality)

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative, cost-effective event design concepts, layouts, and themes Attend client meetings to understand their vision, style, and requirements Conduct venue site visits and provide on-location design recommendations Source and coordinate decor elements, flowers, props, and vendor support Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for smooth execution Stay updated on the latest design trends, event technology, and decor innovations Contribute to flower styling, thematic development, and hands-on event setup

Qualifications & Skills:

2-3 years of experience in event design, event planning, or a related creative field Strong portfolio showcasing previous event styling and design work Proficiency in design tools/software (e.g., Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and travel as needed
