JD :

Event Strategy & Planning:

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define event goals, target audience, and overall vision. Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Logistics & Execution:

Oversee all aspects of event logistics, such as venue selection and negotiation, vendor management (catering, AV, entertainment, transportation, etc.), and on-site event coordination.

Budget & Financial Management:

Develop, manage, and monitor event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial objectives and maximizing return on investment. Negotiate contracts and costs with vendors and suppliers.

Marketing & Promotion:

Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and execute event promotion strategies, including digital and traditional channels.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the event, ensuring compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and motivate event staff, volunteers, and external contractors, fostering effective teamwork and clear communication.

Post-Event Evaluation & Reporting:

Gather feedback, analyze event success metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports to inform future event planning and improvement. Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. Negotiation skills for securing favorable terms with venues and suppliers. Budgeting and financial management expertise, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI. Creative problem-solving and adaptability to address unforeseen challenges and changes. Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
