Event Organizer & Coordinator Power & Solar Industry
Experience: 5 10 Years
Location: Surat (Solar Cell / Power Division)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Event Organizer with a strong background in the power and solar industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in organizing and managing solar exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events, along with handling registrations, vendor coordination and end-to-end event execution at the Surat location.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute solar and power industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Manage participation in solar exhibitions, including stall planning, branding, logistics, and coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, exhibitors and external agencies for smooth event execution.
• Oversee on-ground event operations, including setup, dismantling and compliance with timelines.
• Manage budgets, vendor negotiations and cost optimization for events
• Ensure brand visibility and effective promotion during solar exhibitions and industry events.
• Prepare post-event reports, lead data, and performance analysis.
