Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and deliver successful events (corporate, promotional, cultural, or community-based).
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, suppliers, and sponsors.
Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective operations.
Handle logistics including venue booking, equipment, catering, and guest management.
Promote events through various marketing and communication channels.
Supervise event set-up, execution, and breakdown.
Ensure all legal, health, and safety regulations are followed.
Provide post-event reports, feedback, and analysis to measure success.
