Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Event Operations Manager
with expertise in
live streaming platforms
,
gamification mechanics
, and
revenue generation strategies
. The role will involve end-to-end planning and execution of in-app events, close collaboration with
design, technical, and product teams
, and ensuring events are optimized for engagement, retention, and monetization.
Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Planning
Design, plan, and execute engaging
in-app live events, competitions, and campaigns
aligned with company goals.
Integrate
gamification mechanics
(leaderboards, point systems, achievements, badges, challenges, tournaments, etc.) to maximize user engagement.
Define and track KPIs for
revenue growth, user retention, and participation rate
.
Revenue & Growth
Implement monetization strategies within events (e.g., ticketing, virtual gifting, premium passes).
Continuously analyze event performance and identify opportunities to
maximize revenue streams
.
Collaborate with the
marketing team
to promote events and drive higher ROI.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with
Design & Creative teams
to ensure events are visually appealing and engaging.
Partner with
Technical & Product teams
to integrate event features, troubleshoot, and enhance event execution.
Liaise with the
Data/Analytics team
for insights and optimizations.
Operations & Execution
Create and maintain detailed
event calendars, timelines, and execution plans
.
Ensure smooth
end-to-end operational management
of events (pre-event setup, live execution, post-event analysis).
Monitor user feedback and market trends to evolve event formats.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (Business, Media, Marketing, or related field).
4+ years of experience
in Event Operations/Management, preferably in
Live Streaming, Gaming, or Entertainment Apps
.
Proven experience in
gamification design
and
revenue-driven event operations
.
Strong understanding of
user behavior, monetization models, and community engagement
.
