We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Event Project Manager
to oversee the planning and execution of two fashion pop-up events in Mumbai. This is a
short-term, project-based role
ideal for someone with experience in events, exhibitions, or retail activations.
You will be responsible for the complete coordination of event logistics -- from vendor management to on-site execution -- ensuring the events run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution
Manage the full event lifecycle: pre-event planning, setup, live execution, and post-event wrap-up.
Coordinate logistics, materials, and event infrastructure with suppliers and vendors.
Inventory & Merchandise Handling
Supervise product setup, display, and stock replenishment during the events.
Ensure inventory is accurately tracked and reported to internal teams.
Vendor & Team Coordination
Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, organizers, and internal departments.
Assign responsibilities and manage support staff on the event floor.
Guest & RSVP Management
Assist in sending event invitations and managing guest RSVPs.
Branding & Creative Coordination
Collaborate with designers and the branding team to ensure all visual materials are prepared and displayed correctly.
On-Site Operations
Troubleshoot issues in real time and maintain high operational standards.
Ensure the event experience aligns with the brand's quality and image.
Post-Event Activities
Oversee dismantling and packaging.
Conduct stock reconciliation and submit detailed event reports.
Requirements:
Prior experience in
event management, fashion exhibitions, or retail activations
is preferred.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a good eye for aesthetics and brand presentation.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and working under pressure.
Must be energetic and open to extended hours during event periods.
This is a
contractual role for approximately two months
, requiring full-time availability during the project duration.
