The Decor Production Manager will oversee the entire
production cycle of wedding decor
-- from material sourcing, fabrication, and quality control to on-site execution. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong vendor management skills, technical know-how of decor elements, and the ability to manage large-scale event setups under strict timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Understand creative concepts and ensure accurate production.
Create
production schedules, material lists, and execution plans
for each event.
Manage
fabrication, floral arrangements, draping, lighting, props, and set construction
.
Source and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, carpenters, florists, and labor teams.
Supervise on-site installation and dismantling, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Conduct
quality checks
on decor materials, props, and overall finishing.
Monitor production costs, minimize wastage, and ensure projects stay within budget.
Troubleshoot decor-specific challenges during setup (fabric mismatch, structure issues, missing props, etc.).
Maintain an updated
inventory
of decor items, props, and fabrication materials.
Train, guide, and lead the decor production team to deliver consistent results.
Ensure compliance with
safety regulations and venue policies
during production.

Qualifications
Diploma/Certification in Event/Wedding Management (preferred).
Minimum

Willingness to
