Broadly, the role involves vendor management as well as event coordination such as below:
- Vendor identification & onboarding
- Managing the customer order fulfilment process end to end, right from handling customer enquiry to overseeing the service delivery at the event in co-ordination with the vendor(s).
- Co-ordinating with the client and vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery & service as well as accommodation of customer tastes & preferences
- Timely & quick escalation of customer issues & complaints with the appropriate internal & vendor contacts & follow up till resolution.

- Good interpersonal skills with a Customer focused attitude and attention to details.
