Position Overview
We're looking for a passionate
Event Operations Intern
to support our operations team in sourcing and managing venues, vendors, artists, and event logistics across the country. If you thrive in dynamic settings and love the idea of crafting unforgettable moments, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Venue Booking & Coordination
Assist in researching and shortlisting venues from ballrooms to scenic destination locales that fit clients' visions, budgets, and guest lists. Manage site visits and compile venue comparison insights
Vendor & Artist & Entertainment Management
Source, vet, and liaise with a spectrum of vendors decorators, entertainers, hospitality partners, technical support, and more. Facilitate negotiations, confirm contracts, and manage deliverables.
Event Execution Support
Help oversee operations from pre-event planning through on-day coordination. Assist with timelines, setup logistics, vendor deliveries, and ensuring seamless flow during events.
Documentation & Administration
Maintain and update databases for venues, vendors, and contracts. Prepare event checklists, coordination sheets, and assist in drafting summaries or reports post-event.
On-ground Support & Travel
Be ready to travel for venue recce visits, vendor meetings, and event operations across India.
Who We're Looking For
Completed Diploma or Degree in Events
Have some experience in RSVP Hospitality, Venue Booking and Client servicing.
Enthusiastic about weddings, event planning, and immersive brand experiences.
Excellent communicator and negotiator, comfortable liaising with vendors and internal teams.
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and a knack for multitasking in fast-paced environments.
Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with last-minute changes and dynamic coordination.
Tech-savvy with tools like spreadsheets, calendars, and communication platforms.
Willing to travel when needed, accommodating to varied timelines and locations.
