Role Overview

We are looking for an Event Operations Intern who will support our operations team in planning, coordinating, and executing events. This role is ideal for someone passionate about event management and eager to gain hands-on industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of events.

Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams for smooth operations.

Support in preparing timelines, checklists, and event flow plans.

Conduct research for venues, vendors, and new event ideas.

Manage on-ground tasks such as guest handling, registrations, and backstage coordination.

Maintain event-related documentation and assist in reporting.

Provide support during live events to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexible with work hours, especially during events.

Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and a team player.
