Responsibilities
:
Plan and implement operations events
Write event planning documents according to the deadline and marketing requirements.
Harmonize with R&D to execute events according to the plan
Conducting statistical analysis of in-app events planned by the operations team
Proposing technical feedback
Understanding user in-app behavior
Performing post-event analysis and reporting on it to teammates to bring about progress in in-app operations
Develop and execute strategic in-app event/competition campaigns aligned with target revenue and user engagement goals.
Design compelling gamification mechanics--such as leaderboards, point systems, challenges--to motivate repeated engagement and in-app purchases.
Implement events/campaign strategies and timelines, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA) to develop and integrate event/campaign elements (UI/UX, notifications, payment flows) seamlessly into the app.
Conduct competitive analysis and analyze user insights to identify target segments, preferences, and behaviors that drive competition participation.
Track events/campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for events/campaign optimization and future improvements.
Prepare and present events/campaign reports highlighting key findings, ROI, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
