Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage end-to-end event operations

Liaise with vendors, venue teams, and internal stakeholders

Ensure smooth on-ground execution during events

Manage event materials, logistics, and setup

Support senior operations managers in planning and execution

Maintain documentation, reports, and post-event checklists

Troubleshoot operational challenges during events

Ensure timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in event operations or hospitality operations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

Good organisational skills with attention to detail

Comfortable working on ground during events

Must be currently based in Bangalore

Flexible to travel for events if required
